Details to promote as a poker affiliate

Now that you have become (if not, just imagine) a poker affiliate with maybe one of the best poker affiliate networks out there, how should you promote this new affiliate venture of yours?
What would sell to your visitor? What type of sales page should you create or what type of banners should you use or what details about the specific poker room you are promoting, you should promote the most? These are all very important questions for you to figure out for your site.
Assuming you own a general poker site, not something more specific like Omaha for amateurs or something like that, then the poker room you are promoting, should definitely have a wide range of games available. In case of the option I just excluded (the Omaha for amateurs site) you the room should have a lot of Omaha tables and ideally all not very professional players.
What might your visitors be looking for? Small poker room with a limited number of cash tables and big guaranteed tourneys with 2x overhead? Or poker rooms with high number of players, tables and games available? Or do they mainly care about huge sign up bonuses? What type of sign up bonuses? Free money or play-through is okay as well? Or might they be more interested in great reload bonuses? Or just special free tourneys for the time they are already VIPs? Maybe they are looking for nice rakeback offers?
If you have a good idea what your visitors might be looking for, you'll know what features of the promoted poker room you should be focusing on the most. And often - let's come back to the beginning - often you choose the poker affiliate program to join based on the information you should have just figured out.
